As always lets start our analysis with the Newbuildings. Kc maritime went to Daewoo mangalia for two opt two kamsarmaxes costing $35 mill each and hongxiang contracted two 205,000 dwt capes at yangfan for $49 mill each, the owner has 6 more options to declare! Everlast went to samjin for two opt two 36,000 dwt handies at region $25 mill apiece and united ocean group approached tsuneishi for three kamsarmaxes. A same type was ordered by kyla in sungdong costing $35,5 mill while golden union went to rongsheng for two opt two panamaxes . wilmar went to jinhai heavy for 1 opt 1 kamsarmax  while kambara kisen went to tsuneishi for two 1000 teu containers. Soo fong agreed with Guangzhou wenchong to build two 1700 teu containers for region $29 mill each and OOCL went to Samsung for four more 13,000 teu ships costing $136 mill each and so now this owner has ordered a total of 10 sister ships!!! Costamare agreed with sungdong to build five 8800 teu ships worth $95 mill each and will go on long TC to evergreen. Awilco agreed with Daewoo to build two opt two 160,000 cbm LNG’s for abt $200 mill each while angeliccousis changed three orders for VLCC’s to three orders for 160,000 cbm LNG’s.  Shanghai north sea shipping went to Guangzhou longxue for a 115,000 dwt tanker costing $48,5 mill and knutsen NYK offshore went to Hyundai for one opt two 157,000 dwt shuttle tankers. Gulf navigation agreed with jinhai to build two opt two VLCC’s costing $97 mill each.
